Tips for faster review

Make it readable. Use clear, well-lit photos or direct PDF downloads so all text is visible.

One side per image. For IDs, upload front and back separately if possible.

Group by policy. If you have multiple policies, keep each policy’s documents together in separate uploads.

File naming (optional). Use names like auto-policy-2026.pdf or home-claim-photos.zip to help us route faster.

Photos are accepted as long as the text is clear and all corners of the document are visible. Upload JPG or PNG files directly from your camera roll or gallery.

I uploaded the wrong file. How do I remove it?

Before you submit, you can remove files from the list using the remove option beside each file. After submission, contact your insurance representative if you need to correct or replace a document.
